Does anyone know Tiffany Heart Tag Jewelry?

I heard from a friend that Tiffany has a new take on heart jewelry. The Return to Tiffany sterling silver heart tag is available as a ring, stud earrings or as a necklace that can be engraved with three initials. The heart ring sells for $125 and has Return to Tiffany, New York and 925 across the front. Could be a good Valentine gift for the noncommittal but still vaguely sentimental.
Does anyone know where to get the heart tag jewelry? I can only find the chain necklace, not the earrings or ring! I haven’t seen it online, yet the article links to the website. So can anyone tell me how to get them? I have only heard of them selling the earrings in New York and Japan.
