Painter Yogendra Sethi launches his jewelry collection

Last month, Painter Yogendra Sethi has announced a signature collection of one-of-a-kind art jewelry at National Arts Club. More than 150 guests, including prestigious figures from the art and jewelry worlds, viewed Sethi’s jewelry as well as a grouping of his colorful acrylic paintings rendering the human form against the backdrop of mountains. The pieces are based upon a palette of natural fancy-color diamonds and precious gemstones set in 18-karat white, yellow and pink gold.If you had a glance of it, you will be scared of words to relate it.
Sethi began working in the jewelry business in 1976 as a stone dealer and designer. In both his jewelry and his paintings, he says, the theme of nature has served as an inspiration, with his earlier works reflecting the rustic countryside of his native India, and his later pieces showing his awe at the beauty of the Berkeley Hills in California, where he studied.
