A Thai jeweler has created a tiara worth $4.2 million for his dog by using precious stones given to him by his mother. The pet tiara is made from titanium and covered with 250-carats of emeralds and diamonds. Then, showcased at a dog show in Bangkok recently, Riwin Jirapolsek said he wanted to make something special for his 15-year-old male Maltese, Kanune. Jirapolsek’s tiara seems to be just an example of the rising craze for dressing-up pampered pets in designer couture. I’m now wondering how many people would like to waste so much money on his pets?
